WSA Visitor

WSA presents WSA Visitor - a fast & easy way for organizations to manage visitors within their facilities, right from their desktop computers. Using WSA Visitor, organizations can identify, manage, and monitor visitors with ease and confidence.

WSA Visitor includes desktop workstations, which receptionists can use to enroll visitors, take photos, and print ID labels. If the client prefers, we can also provide an independent kiosk version that can eliminate the need for a reception/lobby staff.

With WSA Visitor, guests are registered (or pre-registered via the web) into the visitor databank. Upon arrival, guests scan their identification for authentication. The image appears on the desktop computer of the employee host. The employee can view live video of the visitor, send messages to the visitor, and grant access, without leaving the comfort of his desk. Furthermore, all visitor access activities can be monitored; policy violations can trigger alarms and automatic procedures begin (ie guard is paged).
