Visitor Server (Local or Remote)
The WSA Visitor Server configures, controls, and monitors all aspects of the system. It also controls the peripheral equipment, such as kiosks, desktop workstations, printers, scanners, and intercom systems. The system architecture allows unlimited information storing capabilities. The Visitor database can be stored in a WSA Visitor Server, in the client’s facility computer, or remotely at WSA’s data facility or on a Host Data Center.

Visitor Desktop Workstations
The WSA Visitor Desktop Workstation allows users to implement the Visitor System to control visitors in the facility by retrieving information such as visitor history, visitor count, visitor status, visitor time-in/time-out, etc. The Visitor System was designed to be fully compatible with clients’ existing desktop infrastructure. Therefore, purchase of workstations may not be necessary.

Visitor Kiosks
The WSA Visitor Kiosk is a custom-made, lobby workstation that operates with the WSA Visitor System. The Kiosk includes: a CPU, a touch-screen monitor, a mouse, a keyboard, Windows-based software, a label printer, an IP Camera, and a document scanner. The unit has a contemporary design that features optional wireless and battery operated capabilities. The Kiosk can be enhanced to feature additional equipment such as biometric extensions, phones, plastic card printers, etc.
