Our technical support department is dedicated to providing priority support to our active customers who have attended a WSA Fire Systems Training. This policy allows us to maintain the highest level of customer service.
If you have not attended training, please be aware of the following policies and requirements:
- We require that you purchase a manual for the product that you are requesting support on prior to receiving technical support on our toll-free technical support line.
- Charges for manuals can be charged to your Master Card or Visa, so that you may receive immediate assistance.
