Other Modules
To make a working system of more than one zone you need to order additional modules as described in the next column. When designing a panel you will need to determine the modules needed for the number of zones called for and the functionality required before you determine cabinet size.
Dual Zone Module (DZM)
The Dual Zone Module provides alarm and trouble LED indicators for two initiating zones with a disable switch for each. It may be wired for either Class A or B circuits and includes supervised outputs for remote alarm and trouble annunciation. Smoke detectors (including selected two-wire types), heat detectors, waterflow switches and other initiating devices may be used. Order faceplates separately.
Eight Zone Module (EZM)
The EZM functions exactly the same as a DZM, but provides eight initiating zones on one module taking up only one snaptrack in the cabinet. A faceplate is included.
Cross Zone Release Module (CZM)
The CZM provides for chemical suppression agent release. The module features: a supervised releasing circuit; Class A or B signal circuit; Class B supervised manual release and abort circuits; two Form C contacts (rated 5 amps). A full LED indication of all circuit functions and trouble conditions is provided. The CZM must work in partnership with a separately ordered DZM. The CZM and its DZM occupy one snap-track in the cabinet and the CZM includes a unique faceplate.
Dual Relay Module (DRM)
The DRM provides two Form C contacts per zone, rated at 5 amps and is used in conjunction with the DZM and CZM when alarm contacts are needed for control of zone related functions.
Eight Zone Relay Module (ERM)
This is a DRM with a different type of connector to be used with the EZM. The ERM provides two form "C" contacts per zone of an EZM. Note: When relays are required on all zones, the DRM/DZM configuration is recommended.
Single Relay Module (SRM)
The SRM provides two Form C contacts for zone 1 output, rated at 5 amps, (the CCA alarm contacts become system alarm contacts when multiple zones are used.) The SRM snaps into the track located above the CCA.
Auxiliary Signal Circuit (ASC)
Each ASC adds one supervised Class A or B signal circuit to the system. The 2.4 amps of signal power in the panel is then split between the total number of signal circuits. The module snaps into the track above the CCA. Any number of ASC's can be used.
Cabinets and Accessories
Cabinets include back box and door assembly with key lock. Cabinets are steel construction with red textured finish. See chart below for cabinet dimensions.
